Theme – Gen Z Learners – Understanding their world transform ours. The session unfolded with a succinct introduction to the characteristics of Generation Z, followed by a meaningful discussion on the common challenges faculty and staff encounter when working with Gen Z students. Participants were encouraged to openly share their concerns and experiences, which helped establish a clear understanding of the workshop’s objectives and the unique perspectives of Gen Z learners, supported through case-based scenarios.
