First Year – Business Foundations
Build a strong foundation in management, economics, accounting, marketing, digital business, communication skills, and early industry exposure.
Second Year – Functional Business Skills
Strengthen functional knowledge across finance, HR, marketing, operations, analytics, business law, and sustainability.
Third Year – Specialization & Applied Learning
Advance into chosen specializations with industry-oriented subjects, analytics, summer training, and a major project.
Fourth Year – Advanced Specialization & Leadership

BBA (Hons.)
The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA Hons.) is a four-year undergraduate program designed to build strong business foundations, managerial competence, and industry-ready skills. We operate in a VUCA environment characterized by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity, rendering conventional management paradigms inadequate. Organizations increasingly require agile professionals equipped with analytical rigor, ethical judgment, and adaptive leadership capabilities. The BBA program at DME is strategically designed to address these demands by integrating contemporary theory with experiential learning.
About Prof (Dr.) Shalini Gautam
Dr. Shalini Gautam is a Professor with strong academic credentials, holding a Ph.D. from Lingaya’s University, a PGDBM from BIMTECH, and a degree in Physics (Hons.) from the University of Delhi. She brings around 25 years of experience across both industry and academia, including professional exposure with HSBC Bank and Standard Chartered Bank. Her research is published in Scopus and ABDC-listed journals, and she has presented at several national and international conferences. She has successfully guided Ph.D. scholars and contributed as a session chair and reviewer, while teaching key subjects such as Marketing Management, Consumer Behaviour, and Business Strategy.

Dr. Stuti Jain is an accomplished academician with over a decade of experience in Marketing and Management. A Ph.D. holder and UGC NET & JRF qualified, she is committed to research-driven and experiential learning. Currently serving as Associate Professor and Academic Coordinator at DME, she contributes to curriculum development and student-centric initiatives, delivering practical, industry-aligned learning experiences.
