Internal Examinations
Student performance is evaluated on a continuous basis through an internal assessment system carrying a total of 40 marks out of 100. The assessment includes written tests, viva-voce, submission of projects, assignments, presentations, and participation in Professional Skills Development Activities.

External Examinations
External examinations are conducted strictly in accordance with the guidelines prescribed by the affiliating university, which determines the examination schedule and designated centres. Students are provided seven days of preparatory leave prior to the commencement of examinations to support focused revision and academic readiness. The external theory examination carries 60 marks and is evaluated as per university norms. For practical examinations and viva-voce, external examiners are appointed by the university to ensure transparency, objectivity, and uniform assessment standards. Results are generally declared within two months and are communicated to students through the institutional ERP system and the college website, ensuring timely and reliable dissemination of information.
Examination Grievance Redressal system
Internal examination announcements, date sheets, syllabi, and seating plans are communicated to students through the ERP portal to ensure transparency and timely information. Faculty members evaluate answer scripts within seven days of the examination, after which evaluated papers are shown to students on a pre-notified date. During this interaction, queries related to marking and evaluation are addressed, and students acknowledge satisfaction by signing the attendance sheet. MOOC
DME Students are joining MOOCs in every alternate semester. MOOC stands for massive open online courses. Traditional MOOCs are free online university courses offered by colleges all over the world that are normally not eligible for credit. Their enrolment can run upwards of 100,000+ students and anyone around the world can register. After registering, DME students’ study at their own pace to watch informative lectures and lessons, complete assignments, and take exams.
National Academic Depository
The National Academic Depository (NAD) is a secure *24×7 digital repository for academic awards such as certificates, diplomas, degrees and mark sheets, digitized and stored by academic institutions and boards for easy access and retrieval. It ensures *authenticity, safe storage and instant verification of credentials, significantly reducing dependency on physical documents while minimizing forged certificates. Students can access their academic records online with legal validity. NAD is part of India’s drive toward *paperless governance* and digital education infrastructure.

Academic Bank of Credits
The Academic Bank of Credits (ABC) is an innovative digital platform established under National Education Policy 2020 to help students accumulate, transfer and redeem academic credits across higher education institutions. By creating an *ABC ID*, learners can monitor credits earned, switch institutions seamlessly, and pursue flexible learning pathways without losing earned value. ABC promotes credit recognition and easy mobility, enabling students to build multi-discipline credentials and make choice-based academic progress. It acts as an authentic reference for academic credit records throughout a student’s educational journey.

DigiLocker
DigiLocker is a flagship *Digital India* initiative by the Ministry of Electronics & IT (MeitY) that provides citizens with a *secure cloud-based document wallet* for storing, sharing, and verifying digital documents such as academic certificates, IDs, and more. It serves as the *exclusive repository for NAD*, enabling institutions to upload digital awards directly to students’ DigiLocker accounts. Documents stored here are legally valid, easy to access anytime, and reduce the need for physical copies. DigiLocker empowers users to manage and share authentic documents instantly and securely.

Soft Skills
