Admission Requirements and Counselling Process in IPU | DME

DME welcomes ambitious students seeking admission to its undergraduate programs in BBA and BA(JMC), Integrated courses BBA.LLB and BA.LLB(5 years) and Master’s program- LLM (1 year), Admission 2025  is primarily based on appearing in Exams like CUET, CET and CLAT. NTA is likely to start CUET 2025 registration in February 2025. Candidates can check the examinations date on cuet.samarth.ac.in. Please note that 85% of available seats are reserved for Delhi students. Applications for admission can be submitted online through the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University website (www.ipu.ac.in).

Eligibility Criteria for Academic Session for Year 2025-26: DME Law School – [BA-LLB/BBA-LLB and LLM]

BA-LLB/BBA-LLB Eligibility

Pass in 12th Class of 10+2 of CBSE or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and must also have passed English (core or elective or functional) as a subject.

Admission Criteria – Admission shall be on the basis of the merit of the CLAT and CUET.

LLM Eligibility

LL.B Degree as required by the Bar Council of India for Enrollment as an Advocate or an equivalent Law Degree from a Foreign University, with not less than 55% marks.

Admission Criteria – All applicants are required to appear in Common Law Admission Test – Postgraduate, 2025 (CLAT – PG, 2025) that is conducted by National Law University on a rotational basis.
